Lämershagen-Gräfinghagen is een wijk van de stad Bielefeld in Noordrijn-Westfalen en behoort tot het stadsdistrict Stieghorst. Tot 1972 was Lämershagen-Gräfinghagen een zelfstandige gemeente in het ambt Heepen van de Kreis Bielefeld.
De stad Bielefeld is onder de tien districten verder niet verdeeld in administratieve of politieke eenheden. Wijken zijn in Bielefeld daarom alleen informele deelgebieden, waarvan de afbakening meestal betrekking heeft op het gebied van een voormalig gemeente. Voor statistische doeleinden is Bielefeld echter ingedeeld in 72 "statistische districten". De voormalige gemeente Lämershagen-Gräfinghagen behoort tegenwoordig tot het statistische district 60 Ubbedissen/Lämershagen.
