Sankt Augustinus is de rooms-katholieke parochiekerk in Menden, een deelgemeente van Sankt Augustin in Noordrijn-Westfalen. Ze maakt deel uit van het Katholieke zorggebied Sankt Augustin in het dekenaat Rhein-Sieg-Kreis van het aartsbisdom Keulen.
De parochiekerk St. Augustinus vervangt de Oude Kerk van Menden. De fundamenten bevinden zich ten noorden van de nieuwe kerk. De nieuwbouw was noodzakelijk vanwege de sterke bevolkingsgroei in de plaats. De hoeksteen voor de nieuwbouw van St. Augustinus, afkomstig uit de toren van de Oude Kerk, werd gelegd op 31 augustus 1890. De representatieve neoromaanse driebeukige basiliek op een kruisvormige plattegrond werd ingewijd op 6 oktober 1892. De nieuwbouw volgt niet de traditionele oostelijke oriëntatie, maar het koor van de kerk is naar het zuiden gericht. De Oude Kerk werd uiteindelijk in 1896 afgebroken.
