Manresa is een stad in de Spaanse regio Catalonië, in de provincie Barcelona, in de comarca Bages aan de oevers van de Cardener. Manresa telt ongeveer 76.000 inwoners en is een van de vele voorsteden van Barcelona. Manresa ligt op 250 meter boven zeeniveau, en op de niet-officiële grens tussen de industriële agglomeratie van metropool Barcelona en de natuur van Catalonië.
