Vila-seca is een gemeente in de Spaanse provincie Tarragona in de regio Catalonië met een oppervlakte van 22 km2. Vila-seca telt 21.935 inwoners . De badplaats Salou behoorde ook tot Vila-seca, maar werd op 30 oktober 1989 afgescheiden van Vila-seca om een zelfstandige gemeente te vormen. De gemeente Vila-seca werd tot de scheiding van Salou ook wel Vila-seca i Salou genoemd.
