Alsasua of Altsasu is een plaats en gemeente in de Spaanse regio Navarra, op 50 kilometer ten westen van Pamplona en 50 kilometer ten oosten van Vitoria-Gasteiz. Alsasua heeft een oppervlakte van 26,72 km² en telt 7.471 inwoners .
Alsasua is de grootste plaats van de comarca Barranca en is gelegen in een vallei, waardoor de rivier de Arakil stroomt. Het is de enige kern binnen de gemeentegrenzen.
