Kaap Ortegal is een kaap gelegen aan de Spaanse Atlantische kust, binnen de gemeente Cariño, in de provincie La Coruña, autonome gemeenschap Galicië. Van dit kaap tot aan de Portugese grens strekt de meest ingesneden kust van de Spaanse kustlijn zich uit en vormt het tevens de westelijke grens van de Golf van Bizkaia, volgens de Internationale Hydrografische Organisatie. Het is het symbolische grenspunt van wateren tussen de Atlantische Oceaan en de Cantabrische Zee.
