De Club Deportivo Atlético Baleares is een voetbalclub uit de stad Palma de Mallorca, Balearen, Spanje. De club speelt in de Segunda División B.
Atlético Baleares werd opgericht in 1920. In het verleden was de club vier seizoenen actief in de Segunda División A en Atlético Baleares daardoor geldt als belangrijkste club van de Balearen na RCD Mallorca. Later zakte de club af tot in de Tercera División, de vierde Spaanse divisie. In 2011 in de Segunda División B.
