De kerk van de Heiligen Nicolaas en Eulogius van de Axerquia was een van de primitieve Ferdinandijnse kerken uit de 13e eeuw in de Axerquia. Tegenwoordig is slechts één van de toegangsdeuren aan de Paseo de la Ribera overgebleven.
De naam komt van de locatie om haar te onderscheiden van de andere kerk van San Nicolás, gelegen in de Villa. Toen deze kerk werd verlaten vanwege de vervallen staat ervan, werden alle bezittingen en de parochie zelf overgebracht naar de kerk van San Francisco.
