Het Lac de Longemer, "spiegel van 1000 reflecties", is een natuurlijk meer van glaciale oorsprong aan de voet van de Vogezen (76 ha oppervlakte) dat een wisselende helderheid biedt. Het is een paradijs voor vissers, maar u kunt er ook wandelen, zwemmen (zonder toezicht) en waterfietsen. Het is een van de drie meren van de Vallei der Meren, zeer goed bewaard gebleven en gelegen op een geklasseerd terrein. Een bewegwijzerd wandelpad leidt rond het meer in ongeveer 1 uur.
