De Kathedrale basiliek van Onze-Lieve-Vrouw is de grootste kerk van de Franse stad Amiens, de hoofdstad van de voormalige regio Picardië. Het is de grootste gotische kathedraal van Frankrijk en behoort met die van Chartres, Reims en Bourges tot de zuiverste voorbeelden van de gotiek. Op 12 december 1854 werd zij door paus Pius IX verheven tot basiliek. Sinds 1981 staat de kathedraal op de Werelderfgoedlijst van de UNESCO.
