Den Katedralbasilika af Vor Frue er den største kirke i den franske by Amiens, hovedstaden i den tidligere region Picardiet. Det er den største gotiske katedral i Frankrig og hører sammen med dem i Chartres, Reims og Bourges til de reneste eksempler på gotik. Den 12. december 1854 blev den ophøjet til basilika af pave Pius IX. Siden 1981 har katedralen været på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste.
