Narbonne [naʁˈbɔn]; Late Latijn: Narbona) is een gemeente in Zuid-Frankrijk in de regio Occitanie. Het ligt 849 km van Parijs in het departement Aude, waarvan het een subprefectuur is. Het bevindt zich ongeveer 15 km van de kusten van de Middellandse Zee en was historisch gezien een welvarende haven. Vanaf de 14e eeuw ging het achteruit na een verandering in de loop van de rivier de Aude. Het is marginal het grootste gemeente in Aude. Maar de hoofdstad van het departement Aude is de kleinere gemeente Carcassonne.
