Quend is een gemeente in het Franse departement Somme en telt 1313 inwoners . De plaats maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Abbeville.In het verleden was Vieux-Quend de hoofdplaats van de gemeente zoals dat in 1199 was vastgesteld. Deze gemeente was kleiner dan de gelijknamige streek Marquenterre. In 1791 werd de gemeente opgesplitst in de gemeenten Quend en Saint-Quentin-en-Tourmont. In 1923 splitste Fort-Mahon-Plage zich van Quend af om een zelfstandige gemeente te vormen.
