Obermodern-Zutzendorf is een gemeente in het Franse departement Bas-Rhin . De gemeente telt 1436 inwoners en maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Saverne.
Op het eind van het ancien régime werd Obermodern een gemeente in het departement Bas-Rhin. In 1871 werd Obermodern met de rest van het departement bij de Vrede van Frankfurt geannexeerd door Duitsland. De gemeente behoord toen tot de Kreis Zabern . Na het Verdrag van Versailles werd het gebied weer Frans.
