Wandignies-Hamage is een gemeente in het Franse Noorderdepartement. De gemeente heeft een totale oppervlakte van 6,3 km² en telde 1123 inwoners op 1 januari 1999. De gemeente ligt aan de Skarpe.
De gemeente bestaat uit de plaatsjes Wandignies en Hamage. Rond 625 werd in Hamage de abdij van Hamage opgericht door Gertrudis de Oude. In de 11de eeuw werd de abdij verenigd met de nabijgelegen abdij van Marchiennes. In Hamage bleef daarna nog een priorij bestaan.
