We rijden nu rustig terug naar Malaucène. Rechts draaien we in de richting van de Mont Ventoux. Het is een rustig en vooral vlak asfaltweggetje langs een riviertje. Op een bepaald moment kruisen we een grotere asfaltweg die van Entrechaux naar Malaucène loopt. Wij fietsen gewoon rechtdoor.
Nog een paar kilometer verder komen we weer bij een wat grotere asfaltweg. Daar fietsen we rechts een korte helling op en dan helemaal naar beneden tot in Malaucène.
