Gelegen tussen Carpentras en Fontaine de Vaucluse, ten noordoosten van l'Isle sur la Sorgue, is Le Beaucet een charmant klein dorpje op een heuveltop, te midden van de prachtige landschappen van de Vaucluse-heuvels.
Een echt provencaals dorp, Le Beaucet kleeft aan zijn rots en wordt gedomineerd door het versterkte kasteel dat momenteel wordt gerestaureerd.
Maak een wandeling door de smalle straatjes van het dorp en je kunt de twee monumentale poorten van de oude vesting niet missen. Mis ook de gedeeltelijk gerestaureerde XII° kerk niet.
