Het Kasteel van Valençay is een kasteel in de gemeente Valençay, in het departement Indre in Frankrijk. Het was eerst eigendom van John Law, later van Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand.
Hoewel het kasteel in de provincie Berry staat, is de architectuur vergelijkbaar met de renaissancekastelen van het Loiredal, met name het Kasteel van Chambord. Het landhuis werd geprezen als "een van de mooiste op aarde" door George Sand, die er ook op wees dat "geen koning een meer schilderachtig park bezit".
