Anzin is een gemeente in het Franse Noorderdepartement in de regio Hauts-de-France. De gemeente telt 14.052 inwoners , die Anzinois worden genoemd, en maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Valenciennes. Anzin ligt in de verstedelijking van de stad Valenciennes.
De plaats Anzin werd voor het eerst vermeld in 877 onder de naam Asinium in een akte waarin Karel de Kale het gebied schonk aan zijn vrouw Ermentrudis van Orléans, abdis van de Abdij van Harnon. Het kwam een aantal malen in andere handen, totdat het in 1678 definitief onderdeel werd van Frankrijk bij de Vrede van Nijmegen.
