De stedelijke eenheid van Saint-Quentin is een Franse stedelijke eenheid gecentreerd rond Saint-Quentin, een van de onderprefecturen van het departement Aisne in het hart van de eerste stedelijke agglomeratie van het departement.
De stedelijke eenheid van Saint-Quentin ligt in het noordwesten van het departement Aisne, in de historische regio Vermandois waar Saint-Quentin het belangrijkste centrum van is, en zelfs de bijnaam de hoofdstad van de Haute-Picardie heeft. Het ligt momenteel in de regio Hauts-de-France, ten zuiden van de voormalige administratieve regio Nord-Pas-de-Calais en ten westen van de Thiérache, een andere historische regio van de voormalige administratieve regio Picardië.
