Fleurbaix is een gemeente in het Franse departement Pas-de-Calais . De gemeente telt 2480 inwoners en maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Béthune.
Oude vermeldingen van de plaats zijn Florbais en Florebais uit de 11de eeuw, afkomstig van de Oudnederlandse vorm Fluorbeki, uit fluor en beki . Een Nederlandse vorm is dan "Vloerbeek".
