Het landhuis is gebouwd tegen een heuvel in de Borrèze vallei, het pand is omgeven door weilanden en bossen en ligt op 4 km van Souillac. Het heeft drie volledig gerenoveerde slaapkamers, waarvan één gezinssuite met twee gekoppelde slaapkamers, elk met bad, douche, bidet en toilet. De tuin van een hectare staat volledig ter beschikking van de vakantiegangers. Het zwembad van 12x6 is omgeven door een ruim strand. Kleine aangename hoekjes verspreid over het terrein laten u kiezen tussen zon en schaduw. Een eigen parkeerplaats met een capaciteit van 7 auto's.
