La casa solariega está construida contra una colina en el valle de Borrèze, la propiedad está rodeada de pastos y bosques y se encuentra a 4 km de Souillac. Dispone de tres habitaciones totalmente renovadas, una de las cuales es una suite familiar con dos habitaciones comunicadas, cada una de ellas con bañera, ducha, bidé y aseo. El jardín de una hectárea está a completa disposición de los veraneantes. La piscina de 12x6 está rodeada por una amplia playa. Pequeños rincones agradables repartidos por el recinto permiten elegir entre sol y sombra. Un aparcamiento privado con capacidad para 7 coches.
