Het meer van Monteynard-Avignonet is een kunstmatige waterreservoir op de Drac, stroomopwaarts van de dam van Monteynard-Avignonet in het departement Isère, dat een hydro-elektrische centrale van EDF van water voorziet. De Grenoble kracht- en lichtmaatschappij werd opgericht om een waterval te exploiteren die afkomstig is van het meer van Monteynard-Avignonet, verkregen via een vergunning van de prefect van Isère op 24 juli 1897.
