De kerk Saint-Médard bevindt zich in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, in de Gironde. Ze dateert uit de 11e eeuw en is sterk verbouwd in de 15e en 19e eeuw. Van de oorspronkelijke kerk is alleen een absidiole overgebleven. De zuidelijke absidiole en het aangrenzende schip onder de toren zijn in 1925 als historisch monument geregistreerd.
