Die Kirche Saint-Médard befindet sich in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, im Departement Gironde. Sie stammt aus dem XI. Jahrhundert und wurde im 15. und 19. Jahrhundert stark umgestaltet. Von der ursprünglichen Kirche ist nur noch eine Absidiole erhalten. Die Sü Absidiole und das benachbarte Joch unter dem Glockenturm wurden 1925 als historisches Denkmal eingetragen.
