De basiliek van Onze Lieve Vrouw van de Haven is een romaanse bouw gelegen in Clermont-Ferrand, in de wijk de Haven, tussen het Delille-plein en de kathedraal van Onze Lieve Vrouw van de Tenhemelopneming. Het is voor een groot deel verborgen door de huizen van de omliggende wijk. Het werd gebouwd in de 12e eeuw, en hoewel het exacte jaar van de aanvang niet kan worden vastgesteld, laat een document uit die tijd toe de afronding van de werkzaamheden rond 1185 te dateren.
