Het Museum voor Kunst en Archeologie van Périgord ligt aan de noordelijke rand van de oude stad van Périgueux in Périgord/Dordogne. Het werd opgericht in 1835, na voorbereidende werkzaamheden van de archeologen Henry Wlgrin de Taillefer en Gabriel de Mourcin vanaf 1828. Het bevindt zich in een voormalig klooster en toont op 2000 vierkante meter een selectie van 33.500 objecten van de prehistorie tot nu. Dankzij schenkingen van koloniale ambtenaren heeft het museum ook een ethnografische afdeling.
