De Carnegie-bibliotheek is een bibliotheeklocatie van de stadsbibliotheek van Reims. Daarnaast zijn er 5 andere bibliotheken en een boekenbus. Volgens de plannen van architect Max Sainsaulieu werd de bibliotheek vanaf 1921 gebouwd. Na een bouwperiode van zeven jaar werd deze op 10 juni 1928 feestelijk ingewijd in aanwezigheid van staatspresident Gaston Doumergue. De constructie hield rekening met de destijds nieuwste ontwikkelingen in de bibliotheekswetenschap.
