Het Canal du Midi is een 250 km lang kanaal tussen Toulouse en de Middellandse Zee. Het loopt door de regio's Languedoc-Roussillon en Midi-Pyrénées. Het kanaal begint in de gekanaliseerde Garonne (Canal de Garonne) bij Toulouse en mondt uit in de Middellandse Zee bij de vissersplaats Sète.
