Het restaurant van Château de Vault-de-Lugny, dat sinds 2019 een Michelinster heeft, bevindt zich in de nieuwe, lichte restaurantzaal van het Château.
Chef Franco Bowanee gebruikt producten uit de moestuin en lokale producten met een paar kruiden om zijn menu's te creëren. Karina Laval, patissier verkozen tot beste patissier van het jaar 2024 door Gault et Millau Bourgogne. Op woensdag- en donderdagavond is er een bistromaaltijd met kreeft.
