De Auberge des Platanes ligt in een van de mooiste dorpen van Frankrijk, in La Roque Gageac, ingeklemd tussen de klif en de rivier, in het hart van de Dordogne-vallei. Twee terrassen staan tot uw beschikking om onze streekgerechten of onze salades en huisgemaakt ijs te proeven, het ene onder de platanen, het andere met uitzicht op het park met uitzicht op de Dordogne. Op koelere dagen kunt u terecht in een grote restaurantzaal. De kamers hebben uitzicht op de Dordogne of op het park van het hotel. Ze hebben allemaal een badkamer met wc, satelliet-tv. Geografisch ideaal gelegen, in een groene omgeving voor bezoeken: kasteel Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac, Domme dorp, Marqueyssac in de buurt. Sarlat (10km), Les Eyzies (30km), voor ontspanning Kanoën, strand, boottochten, tennis, petanque, golf, luchtballonnen...
