Achter de "Art Nouveau"-gevel bevinden zich moderne faciliteiten en de modernste technische apparatuur, twee zalen met 230 plaatsen en een tweede met 1400 plaatsen
Het is de plaats voor talrijke evenementen (autoconferenties, productlanceringen, plenaire vergaderingen, enz.), maar ook voor festivals en shows, waardoor het een van de meest gevraagde locaties in Aquitaine is.
