Na de storm van 1999 is het Massez-park hersteld en heeft het zijn oorspronkelijke structuur teruggekregen als een gemengd park dat representatief is voor de tuinen van het Tweede Keizerrijk
Het bestaat uit een gewone tuin, een aangelegd gebied rond eilanden en een bebost gebied
Het wordt doorkruist door de Vesle en is verrijkt met talrijke ingebouwde elementen: bruggen, loopbruggen, overdekte banken, een rotsval, een paviljoen, enz.
