Feste Illingen er is veel te doen
De versterkte groep van Illange werd gebouwd tussen 1905 en 1910. Zijn rol was het beschermen van de Moezelvallei. Vandaag de dag is dit 40 hectare grote bosgebied een plek om te wandelen. Via een bewegwijzerde route kunt u verschillende thema's ontdekken: historisch, botanisch en een fitnessparcours. Het historische thema benadrukt de buitenkant van zijn militaire werken. Het terrein is gesloten voor tweewielers. Het interieur van de gebouwen kan niet worden bezocht.
