Het werd gebouwd in de 11e en 12e eeuw. Het romaanse schip, beïnvloed door de stijl van de Ile-de-France regio, is zeer sober. Boven de ingang van het schip hangt een grote, verminkte, polychrome houten Christus aan het kruis uit de 16e eeuw...
De apsis heeft een kroonlijst die bekend staat als de kroonlijst van Laonnois, bestaande uit mijterbogen. De gotische portiek (daterend uit de 12e eeuw en gerestaureerd in de 19e eeuw) is ook heel opmerkelijk.
