Dit is het gebied dat overeenkomt met de alluviale vallei van de Garonne. Begrensd door de Garonne in het oosten en de spoorlijn Bordeaux-Toulouse in het westen, strekt het zich uit over bijna 2000 hectare in de gemeenten Cadaujac, Saint-Médard-d'Eyrans, Ayguemorte-les-Graves, Isle-Saint-Georges, Beautiran en Castres-Gironde.
Wij stellen u voor het te ontdekken dankzij twee wandelroutes: de routes Ayguemorte-les-Graves en Saint-Médard-d'Eyrans.
