Het zwembad (mei tot september) en de speelkamer zijn ook beschikbaar voor gebruik.
Het is mogelijk om het hele huis met appartement nr. 1 te huren voor een totaal van maximaal 15 personen.
Het appartement heeft een grote keuken en woon/eetkamer, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers (waarvan één met douche en bad).
