Op de grens van Lot en Cantal, op 4 km van Les Tours de Merle. Deze karakteristieke bakkerij werd zowel gebruikt voor het drogen van hout en kastanjes als voor het maken en bakken van brood. Deze taak wordt vaak over het hoofd gezien door nieuwe generaties, en het is met de wens om lokale erfgoedtradities te delen dat we je graag verwelkomen.
