De Cocottes sarthoises hebben plaatsgemaakt voor de Comptoir des Cocottes, het nieuwe adres in Manche van Sébastien Juin (Le Périgord Gourmand en La Plancha Gourmande). Het warme kader van dit nieuwe, levendige restaurant aan het Sint-Pietersplein spreekt meteen aan. Met zijn lichte kamers, zijn grote gewelfde kelder en zijn beschermd terras, scheidt de moderne patio met zijn grote, lichte ramen de "bistro" kant van de gastronomische leien, die uitkomt op de Grande Rue. In de keuken zult u genieten van de "canaille" gerechten in braadpannen of bistrosuggesties van het beste effect. De wijsheid van de rekening maakt het plezier van het bezoek aan het adres compleet.
