Uitkijkend over de wijngaarden en bossen van de gemeente Camarsac, domineert het kasteel, gebouwd in de 14e eeuw op de plek van een 11e-eeuws versterkt huis, de Entre-deux-Mers regio tussen Bordeaux en Saint-Emilion. Aan de voet van het château, in een volledig gerestaureerd voormalig wijnpakhuis, vind je het restaurant "La Bonne Table", dat gerechten serveert op basis van lokale producten. De boeren en tuinders van Camarsac leveren 80% van de producten. De openingstijden van het restaurant zijn gedurende het jaar aan verandering onderhevig, zodat het nu ook in het weekend geopend is. Het restaurant kan worden afgehuurd voor privé-evenementen. Catering is ook beschikbaar.
