Deze functionele gîte van 113 m² met eigen ingang ligt op een schilderachtige plek: een oude molen in een bosrijke omgeving die op hetzelfde niveau uitkomt op een vijver (niet toegankelijk) waar een weggetje langs loopt. Aan de zuidkant kijkt de gîte uit op de tuin met gazon, die van buitenaf toegankelijk is door om het huis van de eigenaren heen te lopen. Restaurant en winkel in het dorp Dompierre Les Eglises.
