De kunstgalerie, gevestigd op 9 rue du maréchal Foch, in een ruimte van 47 m2 in het hart van de stad, een plaats voor tentoonstellingen, promotie en culturele activiteiten, heeft op 18 september 2021 haar eerste tentoonstelling ingehuldigd.
Dit culturele initiatief kwam voort uit de wens van de gemeente om de juiste voorwaarden te scheppen voor een multidisciplinaire heropleving van de binnenstad. De commerciële achteruitgang in het stadscentrum kan gedeeltelijk worden gecompenseerd door panden voor reconversiedoeleinden te herinvesteren in bijvoorbeeld de culturele, artistieke, ambachtelijke of sociale sector. Deze verbouwingen, met gemeentelijke betrokkenheid, zijn nieuwe aantrekkingsfactoren.
