Het huis bestaat uit: een hal, een ingerichte keuken met een eiland, een kleine eetkamer, een woonkamer met een bank en een televisie, een badkamer met een douche, een wastafel op een meubel en een toilet. Eerste verdieping: slaapkamer 1: een tweepersoonsbed met nachtkastjes, een stopcontact naast het bed en een kleedkamer. Slaapkamer 2: 2 eenpersoonsbedden met nachtkastjes, een stopcontact naast het bed en een kleedkamer, een toilet en een wastafel op kast. Terras: tuinmeubilair: tuintafel met stoelen, een parasol en een gasbarbecue. Balkon met uitzicht op de stad, de Maas en de heuvel en het bos. Verplichte verzekering, geen huisdieren toegestaan, niet roken. Verhuur per week of weekend. Voor het weekend: aankomst op vrijdag om 10 uur en vertrek op zondag om 10 uur. Voor de week: aankomst om 16 uur en vertrek om 10 uur.
