Deze in 2019 gerenoveerde schaapskooi ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen van de winkels en diensten (artsen, apotheken, restaurants, cafés, supermarkt, enz.) van het charmante dorpje Magnac-Laval. Christiane en Claude, de eigenaren van het pand, wonen in hun biologische boerderij in de buurt en stellen hun tuin beschikbaar voor gebruik naar wens. De accommodatie heeft een slaapkamer en is geschikt voor 5 personen (1 tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer, 1 eenpersoonsbed op de mezzanine en een slaapbank in de woonkamer).
