In het hart van de Elzas, op een steenworp afstand van de Humanistische Bibliotheek en op enkele minuten van het Château du Haut Koenigsbourg, heet het Maison du Pain d'Alsace u welkom om de geschiedenis van het brood en de Elzasser specialiteiten te beleven in een uniek kader.
De bakkers van het huis heten u welkom in de bakkerij om uw zintuigen te verwennen: speciale broden, kougelhopfs, krakelingen, anijsbrood en bredle worden ter plekke gemaakt en gebakken. Het hele jaar door worden praktische activiteiten voor jong en oud aangeboden. Een theesalon en een terras maken de belofte van een smakelijk moment in Sélestat compleet!
