De Erfgoedschuur van Vendays-Montalivet, een modern, ecologisch en licht gebouw in het hart van een rustige groene omgeving aan de rand van het dennenbos, biedt 350 m² permanente tentoonstellingsruimte en 100 m² tijdelijke tentoonstellingsruimte. Het centrale thema van deze unieke museumruimte is 100.000 jaar geschiedenis van de Médoc. Voor het eerst wordt het gehele archeologische, historische, natuurlijke en culturele erfgoed van de Médoc gepresenteerd en tot uitdrukking gebracht in een moderne, ultramoderne tentoonstellingsruimte. Het hoogtepunt van deze prachtige tentoonstelling is een computergegenereerde animatie op groot scherm die de evolutie van de Médoc laat zien.
