In de Auberge de la Truffe staat deze door de goden gezegende "paddenstoel" centraal in de levenskunst. Hier is de truffel het middelpunt van een hele gastronomische traditie en het voorwerp van een passie! Een passie die Pierre Corre graag deelt met zijn gasten door authentieke recepten te bereiden met de rijke smaken van het land... en door uitstapjes en weekends te organiseren rond het thema truffels en foie gras!
Deze gezelligheid houdt niet op bij de geneugten van de tafel, maar is in harmonie met de gulheid van het onthaal. Hotelcapaciteit: 49 personen.
