Deze bakkerij en patisserie in het dorp Saint-Pardoux, op een paar honderd meter van het Lac de Saint-Pardoux, biedt een assortiment brood, gebak en taarten, allemaal ter plekke gemaakt. Er zijn ook snackbars (pizza's, broodjes, quiches) en tafels waar je kunt ontbijten of gewoon ter plekke kunt genieten van een warm drankje en gebak. Op zondagochtend, tijdens de wekelijkse markt, maakt de bakker een speciaal brood, pardouxlacois, gemaakt van traditioneel meel, appel, kaneel en sultana's.
