Questa panetteria e pasticceria nel villaggio di Saint-Pardoux, a poche centinaia di metri dal Lac de Saint-Pardoux, offre una gamma di pani, dolci e torte, tutti prodotti in loco. Ci sono anche snack bar (pizze, panini, quiche) e tavoli dove è possibile fare colazione o semplicemente gustare una bevanda calda e un pasticcino sul posto. La domenica mattina, in occasione del mercato settimanale, il fornaio prepara un pane speciale, il pardouxlacois, a base di farina tradizionale, mela, cannella e uva sultanina.
